Role & responsibilities :-
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking using MS Project.
Develop baseline schedules, critical path analysis (CPA), and earned value management (EVM).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for management and clients.
Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and billing departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct risk assessment, delay analysis, and propose recovery schedules, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Having Experience in High Rise Building, Residential Building and Commercial Building.
Experience :- 7 - 20 Years
Location - Bangalore and Jaipur
