Customer Support Executive Location: Mumbai (Hybrid — 3 days/week in office)

About AI.IRA AI.IRA is an AI-powered fashion marketplace that helps women discover outfits personalized to their body type, skin tone, occasion, and style preferences. We partner with premium home-grown fashion brands and use AI — from personalized discovery to demand signals — to make fashion shopping effortless. We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers — handling day-to-day queries, keeping brands informed on orders, and ensuring order status is always accurately reflected on the app. You'll work closely with our Marketplace Operations Executive, escalating anything that needs deeper resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Query Handling: Handle all customer queries end-to-end (order status, sizing, returns, exchanges, general product questions) via app, email or chat.



Respond within defined turnaround times and in line with AI.IRA's tone and service standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Escalate complex issues (delivery failures, refund disputes, unresolved complaints) to the Marketplace Operations Executive.

Order & Brand Coordination: Coordinate closely with brand counterparts on recent orders, order processing timelines and shipment queries.

Order Status Management: Ensure customer-facing order status on the app is accurately and promptly updated at every stage — confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, returned.

Process Adherence: Follow AI.IRA's SOPs for customer service quality, tone and resolution standards. Suggest improvements to recurring query patterns or process gaps.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with the Marketplace Operations Executive, brand partners, and the Product/Tech team (for app or order status issues).
