We are looking for a polished, organised and warm individual to be the front face of our luxury watch and jewellery boutique.

This person will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, making sure everyone who walks into the boutique feels welcomed, comfortable and well looked after. Along with client-facing responsibilities, the role will also involve supporting the Executive Director and taking care of the day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and look after clients and guests visiting the boutique.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and attended to throughout their visit.
- Manage and coordinate client appointments and follow-ups.
- Handle the boutique calendar and scheduling.
- Assist the Executive Director with calendar management, meetings, travel and day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, couriers and other external contacts.
- Take care of general office administration and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Assist with client events, private appointments and special visits.




- Help the team with day-to-day tasks wherever required.
- Maintain a skilled, polished and welcoming environment at the boutique.
- Handle client and business information with discretion and confidentiality.

Experience

We would ideally like someone with atleast 1 year of experience, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
