Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally engage prospective clients, investors, business owners, channel partners, and other visitors at the Amber Spaces sales office and project site.
- Manage and coordinate client appointments, walk-ins, meetings, and commercial property site visits.
- Understand the purpose and requirements of each guest's visit and coordinate with the relevant Sales Team member.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients and the Sales Team throughout the site visit and subsequent interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, enquiries, appointments, and visit outcomes in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for timely follow-up on prospective clients and commercial property enquiries.
- Handle initial enquiries and provide basic information regarding the commercial project, while directing detailed queries to the concerned Sales Team member.
- Ensure that the sales office, experience centre, project site, and client-facing areas are maintained to a high standard.




- Coordinate hospitality arrangements and ensure a comfortable and professional experience for all guests.
- Collect client feedback and share relevant insights with the reporting manager and Sales Team.
- Maintain skilled relationships with clients, channel partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all client interactions reflect the premium positioning and professional standards of Amber Spaces and Superb Realty.
- Assist the Sales Team in maintaining a smooth and organized client experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 35 years of experience in Guest Relations, Client Relations, Customer Experience, Front Office, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Commercial Real Estate, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, premium real estate, hospitality, or corporate client servicing will be preferred.
