Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager QMS Life Insurance BPS Operations. This role is pivotal in driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring seamless business operations, and delivering exceptional client service.

The Manager QMS and PMO will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the organizations Quality Management System in alignment with international standards (ISO, CMMI, regulatory requirements, etc.), while also leading the Project Management Office to ensure consistent project governance, execution excellence, and delivery of strategic initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between compliance, quality, and business transformation initiatives to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities includes:
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organizations Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and other applicable standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual,



and customer requirements
- Define, monitor, and report key quality metrics, audits, and corrective actions
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification/recertification audits
- Drive continual improvement initiatives across processes, policies, and practices
- Train and mentor teams on QMS standards, documentation, and compliance
- Project Management Office (PMO)
- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, project methodologies, and reporting structures
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and operational projects
- Ensure project alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and performance of projects across functions
- Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and insights for leadership decision-making
- Build project management capability across teams through coaching and training
