Human Resource Manager
to strengthen our HR systems and support institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional and regulatory requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and educational regulatory bodies
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee database
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work workplace
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention strategies
- Support management in performance appraisal and staff development initiatives





Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum
3–7 years of experience
in HR, preferably in educational institutions
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling HR in colleges/universities
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic academic environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
