As Academic Dean (Remote), you’ll shape curriculum strategy, academic standards, and faculty development across a dynamic network of virtual campuses—leading innovation in pedagogy, student outcomes, and institutional accreditation readiness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead academic strategy for remote programs: align curriculum, assessment, and faculty development with national and global educational standards.
- Design and implement scalable academic governance frameworks—grading policies, syllabus approval workflows, and student progression rules.
- Mentor and evaluate distributed faculty teams; establish rubrics for teaching excellence and learning outcomes.
- Partner with tech teams to integrate LMS analytics,



AI-driven student performance dashboards, and adaptive learning tools into academic decision-making.
- Drive accreditation and compliance initiatives—ensure alignment with UGC, NAAC, and NCTE guidelines for remote education delivery.
- Represent academic voice in cross-functional product, marketing, and student support initiatives to enhance learner success and retention.
