We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our financial products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the financial services landscape and a proven track record in performance marketing and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, specifically targeting customer acquisition for NBFC products like loans, investments, and insurance.
- Manage all digital marketing channels including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), social media marketing (paid and organic), email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Oversee the planning, execution,



and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks, ensuring optimal ROI and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Lead the development and implementation of engaging content strategies for digital platforms, including website content, blogs, articles, videos, and infographics, tailored to the financial services audience.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Utilize robust analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals (ROI, CPA, conversion rates).
