Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer to develop high-quality, research-driven content for our global audience. The role involves creating blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, and other marketing content related to the BPM/ITES industry.

The ideal candidate should have robust research and storytelling skills, subject matter knowledge in one or more BPM domains, and experience creating SEO-friendly content for international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Create well-researched and engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
- Conduct industry and topic research to gather relevant information and develop content briefs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect inputs and conduct interviews.
- Develop, review, edit, and optimize content in line with business requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content.




- Create content targeted toward North American, UK, and Australian markets.
- Develop and optimize content in line with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies in the BPM/ITES industry.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to the organization's brand voice.
- Support and mentor junior content writers and provide guidance on writing quality and content development.
- Manage multiple content projects and coordinate regularly with internal stakeholders.
- Support content development and review activities using relevant tools, including Figma, where required.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of content across one or more core service areas.
