Accounts Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, payments, and reconciliation for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle hospital billing, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and accounts-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of accounting entries.
- Timely completion of billing and reconciliation.
- Reduction of outstanding receivables.
- Timely submission of financial reports.
- Proper maintenance of financial records and documents.
- Compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹15,658.24 - ₹41,605.25 per month
