Monitoring of the After Sales Service activities for like customer Complaints, MTTR, service requirements DG Sets.
Periodic review Service Operations with OEMs GOEMS & KDG.
Verify & check failed parts and engines received as received from field for arranging onward dispatch of the same to principals.
Arranging for Installation checks and arranging for attending breakdowns through respective branches/service outlets.
Plans and organizes training programs for operators & maintenance staff of OEMs & Customers.
To follow up with end users for payment related issues.
To organize & conduct service camps & customer training program on field.
Monitors activities related to return of field non-conformance engines. To update the skills of staff working with him by referring bulletins & circulars issued by KOEL from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
Hands on Experience on After Sales Service with Similar Product
Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Discipline.
