Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of our Ayurveda, wellness and personal-care brands.

The role goes beyond creating and publishing posts. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing brand-specific social media strategies, supervising creative production, managing campaigns, building engaged communities and converting digital attention into enquiries and sales.

The Social Media Manager will coordinate closely with graphic designers, video creators, performance marketers and the management team.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy
- Develop separate content and growth strategies for each brand based on its positioning, audience and commercial objectives.
- Prepare monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.




- Identify suitable content pillars, campaign themes, formats and publishing frequencies.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging across platforms.
- Study competitors, consumer trends and emerging content formats without blindly copying trends.

Content Planning and Execution
- Develop original concepts for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, short videos and long-form content.
- Write or supervise captions, hooks, scripts, campaign copy and calls to action.
- Prepare transparent creative briefs for graphic designers, photographers and video editors.
- Review creatives for visual quality, factual accuracy, spelling, brand consistency and regulatory appropriateness.
- Ensure that content is adapted for each platform instead of publishing identical material everywhere.
- Plan product launches, seasonal campaigns, educational content, customer stories and brand-building initiatives.
