We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong shop-floor experience to ensure product and process quality across manufacturing and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final inspections across manufacturing and assembly lines.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T; and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain QMS requirements IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
- Handle OEM customer quality concerns, complaints and RMAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone and CAPA.
- Prepare and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, SOPs and inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on manufacturing shop-floor QA/QC experience.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drawings, GD&T; and manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and QMS practices.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with OEM customer quality teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Candidates with Automotive / OEM / Electromechanical manufacturing experience will be preferred.
