Job Description

We are looking for a team player who brings a strong testing mindset with a focus on ETL, Database, Data Validation, and Functional Testing, along with exposure to test automation.
- Has 4 to 8 years of experience in ETL testing , with hand-on SQL expertise, and Functional Testing.
- Strong experience in ETL testing, source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, migration testing, data transformation testing, and report validation.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Able to interpret business requirements, mapping documents, and transformation logic to design effective test scenarios and validations.
- Experienced in file validation, database testing, and end-to-end data flow verification.




- Skilled in creating detailed test cases and executing functional and data-focused test scenarios.
- Has experience in web and client application testing.
- Working knowledge of at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Playwright, Python.
- Familiar with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Octane.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle management.
- Must have hands-on experience working in an Agile workplace.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
