Position Summary

Manappuram Jewellers is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, governance, and operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the jewellery industry and possess solid expertise in financial management, bullion accounting, inventory controls, taxation, compliance, profitability analysis, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounts function of Manappuram Jewellers.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Manage treasury operations, working capital, banking relationships, and fund mobilization.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports,



and management dashboards.
- Monitor profitability across retail outlets and business segments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Establish robust internal controls, financial governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Oversee inventory valuation, bullion accounting, stock audits, and financial controls specific to the jewellery industry.
- Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Support business expansion, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives through financial analysis and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
