- Decent communication skills are mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive written communication and typing skills preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice operations including chat, email, data processing, and back-office support
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within timelines
- Maintain required quality and productivity standards
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
