Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Solar Industry

Job Overview

KCP Eco Energy is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer communication and coordination throughout the solar project lifecycle.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Design, Engineering, Project Execution, Accounts, and O&M; teams to ensure customers receive timely updates and a smooth experience from enquiry to project completion and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from sales confirmation through project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, updates, and coordination.
- Follow up with customers regarding documents, approvals, payments, site requirements, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to understand and communicate project progress.
- Maintain accurate customer information, follow-up records, and communication history.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, inspections, and project discussions when required.




- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Provide regular updates regarding solar installation, commissioning, documentation, and handover.
- Coordinate with the O&M;/service team for post-installation customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage referrals.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and follow-up status reports for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and existing customer enquiries as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Coordination, Customer Support, or similar roles.
- Experience in the solar, EPC, construction, electrical, or renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
