Role: Supply Chain -Planning & Scheduling Associate

Location: Mumbai

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Skills:

• Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes

• Prior experience in SCM Planning process

• Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with of MS Office applications

(especially MS Excel and Power BI tools)

• Experience of ERP JD Edwards

• • Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

Responsibilities:

• Review exceptions messages generated by ERP system

• Analyze Supply and Demand

• Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams

• Raise material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing)

• Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports

• Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited

• Identify and resolve exceptions

• Reporting & escalating issues

• Publishing S/D balance reports

• Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering
