AVP Product Analyst - Digital Assets

Skills and Competencies
- Experience in product analysis, digital assets, financial technology, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization or capital markets
- Robust understanding of digital asset market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, distributed ledger technologies and digital market infrastructure
- Ability to translate emerging market developments and business objectives into strategic initiatives and executable priorities
- Experience supporting pilots, integrations or multi-stakeholder initiatives in a build-test-scale environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical, analytical, commercial and risk stakeholders
- Working exposure to structured and unstructured data sources, including on-chain and off-chain data
- Product management experience and knowledge of smart contract development, with Solidity, DAML, Rust or Canton Network architecture certifications preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows,



enhance operational efficiency and support responsible and ethical AI use

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, economics, business, technology, engineering, data analytics or a related field

Responsibilities
Advance digital asset product capabilities that deliver credit-relevant insights across evolving financial markets
- Monitor developments across digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins and emerging market infrastructure to identify relevant product opportunities
- Support evaluation and prioritization of strategic initiatives that strengthen Moodys Ratings position within evolving digital financial markets
- Translate market developments, client needs and business priorities into actionable plans, capability enhancements and roadmap inputs
- Support the definition and evolution of technology architecture, including integrations with blockchain networks,
