- Head of the Operation & Maintenance of implemented solution along with administration & technology.
- Should be capable of understanding the daily operations.
- Should have complete IT Operations (hardware, Network & software) experience as per below details.
- Engineering graduate in appropriate discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience on any known ICCC platform with Incident Management Systems, unified communication, etc.
- Incident management workflow, SOP creation, unified communication, and
- messaging design
- Experience in Data Visualization, MS Office, Databases, social media and
- Communication platforms.
- Experience in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all the assets implemented under this solution.
- Understanding and Knowledge of Architecture and design across all systems in this solution.

Pay: ₹26,541.16 - ₹107,041.48 per month
