The role is responsible for monitoring daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and update the delivery status to customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
3-6 years Experience in handling and tracking large number of shipments/ customer handling.
Update customers on the shipment status and support in timely delivery.
Excellent communication skill and confident in handling PAN India customers.
