Role Description -

As an Asst Manager – Business Finance, you will manage end-to-end billing process.

Experience : 2-4 years experience in Invoicing, Accounting and Reconciliation.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru

Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Manage Delivery Challans, tracking Supplies and ensuring invoices are raised for all supplies.




- Maintain Accounts Receivables statements and and follow-up with customers to collect receivables.
- Track & account Purchase invoices and maintain payable statements for vendors.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and purchases.
- Maintain proper documentation & ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel
- Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights clearly to non-finance teams.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a energetic environment.
