Role & responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing
- Lead and manage global sourcing activities for chemical commodities and raw materials,

from category strategy through execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with key suppliers worldwide, securing the best possible

combination of cost, quality, and service.
- Evaluate and assess suppliers on performance, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and

compliance with global standards.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable commercial terms, pricing structures, and

risk protections.
- Track global market trends, emerging suppliers, and recent technologies in the chemical

industry to spot opportunities early and inform strategy.

End-to-End Operations & Execution
- Own the full order-to-delivery cycle for sourced materials POs, logistics coordination,

documentation, and on-ground troubleshooting.
- Manage supplier performance day to day, ensuring on-time delivery, quality assurance, and





adherence to sustainability standards.
- Anticipate and resolve supply disruptions, quality issues, and shipment delays proactively,

without waiting to be told.
- Set up and continuously improve sourcing and procurement processes as the company scales

build the playbook, don't just follow one.

Preferred candidate profile

Cross-Functional & Strategic Impact
- Partner with R&D;, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing decisions with product, cost,

and growth priorities.
- Work directly with the leadership team to shape sourcing strategy in line with company-wide

growth objectives.
- Bring a bias for action identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them to closure

independently.
