We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive who can independently manage payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and employee benefits in a fast-paced, rotational-shift setting.

? Key Responsibilities

• Attendance management for rotational-shift employees

• Managing shift timings, leaves, weekly offs, late marks & overtime

• PF & ESIC processing and compliance

• Payroll input verification and discrepancy resolution

• Health Insurance coordination & records

• Payroll MIS and HR reports

• Maintaining accurate payroll & attendance records





• Ensuring timely and accurate salary processing

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Payroll & Attendance

✅ Travel Industry experience preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & salary processing

✅ Experience handling 24×7 / rotational-shift attendance

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & HR/Payroll systems

✅ Strong numerical, analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and confidentiality
