A leading 'Agentic AI' healthcare platform specialising in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation is hiring via Round1 AI

You'll be a good fit if you have
- 4-5 years of Java development experience in a high-scale production environment.
- Mastery of Selenium WebDriver, having built complex and production-grade automation solutions.
- Strong architectural understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) and Hibernate ORM, including session management and transaction handling.
- Proficient in Java concurrency techniques (Thread Pools, ExecutorService) for running parallel agent workloads.
- Solid experience with SQL/HQL, managing MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Playwright

Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced agents to execute end-to-end RCM automation workflows such as eligibility verification, prior authorization, denial retrieval, and EOB (Explanation of Perks) downloads.




- Build resilient solutions capable of handling complex UI interactions including dynamic AJAX elements, iframes, shadow DOMs, and popups.
- Implement autonomous self-healing mechanisms where agents detect UI failures, intelligently retry procedures, or escalate issues for human intervention.
- Design agents to operate seamlessly in both attended (human-in-the-loop) and unattended (fully autonomous) execution environments.
- Maintain a clean, modular codebase using the Page Object Model and manage data persistence through Hibernate ORM integrated with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Integrate agents with the HIMER Orchestrator Hub for task management and real-time status updates.
- Embed deep observability and logging (using tools like JUnit and Log4j/SLF4J) to monitor agent performance and handle massive concurrency via Java’s multithreading capabilities.
