Role & responsibilities
- BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
- Telecom & ELV Design and model systems including Structured cabling (FLS, Data, Voice), CCTV surveillance systems, Access control systems, (PA) systems, Fire Alarm systems
- Create and manage parametric Revit families for telecom and ELV components.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Convert laser scan / point cloud data into detailed BIM models (LOD 200500).
- Perform quality checks on model geometry and data integr
Preferred candidate profile
- Autodesk Revit (MEP preferred)
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks / BIM 360
- Autodesk Recap (for point cloud processing)
