Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneshwar as Head Quarter but will include entire Orissa as territory,



responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Emsurg’s product portfolio within the assigned territory. This role includes managing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and executing territory-wise sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals. The Area Sales Manager will plan and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions, while coordinating closely with internal teams for supply chain, logistics, and customer support. Daily activities involve monitoring sales performance, preparing sales forecasts and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical trade practices, and supporting product launches and promotional activities. The position also requires regular field visits, competitor analysis, and ongoing communication with the management team to optimize territory performance.
