Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) + CS (Customer Service) Consultant with 8+ years of strong functional expertise for a Pune-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PM & CS modules (End-to-End lifecycle)
- Handle:
- Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations)
- Maintenance Notifications & Orders
- Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance
- Maintenance Plans, Task Lists
- Work on Service Management processes including service orders, warranties, contracts, and billing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and handle enhancements
- Integration with modules like MM, SD, FI/CO




- Participate in implementation / rollout / support projects

SAP PM covers activities like inspection, preventive maintenance, and integration with other modules, while CS extends this to customer-side service, billing, and warranty management

Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP PM + CS experience
- Strong experience in S/4HANA or ECC
- Hands-on configuration & support
- At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations
- Good understanding of integration (MM, SD, FI)
- Solid client communication skills
