Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Import Documentation.

Should be able to carry out all Import Documentation work.

Should have knowledge of EDI, IGM, ODEX, EAL, IAL

Obtaining Cmc Letter From Nominated Surveyor Cargo Arrival Notice & Delivery Order To Be Send To Customers

After Igm Inward Is Finalized. Send Invoice To Customer As Per Their Shipment Type Whether They Require Factory / Dock Invoice.

Issuing Delivery Order To Customers Only After Proper Submission Of Documents From Their End. Checklist Preparation, Igm Checking And Bill Of Entry Filling With Ice gate. Collecting The Delivery Order From Shipping Line And Arrange

For clearing From Cfs Original Bl Copy Duly Endorsed By Consignee / Cha (If Bank Then Bank Endorsement) Issue Gang Letter & Off Loading Letter Along With Invoice & Receipt Follow Up For Do With Shipping Line.

Corresponding With Liner, Shipper , Cha & Transporters.



Handling Nomination Shipments. Filing Manifest On Odex And As Per Requirement of Liner.

Co-Ordination with Overseas Agent/Offices. Preparing Documents For Third Party Cfs Nomination

Dpd + Cfs Documents Filing As Per Consignee Required.

Preparing all Type of Bonds Like Container Bonds, Security Bond, Double Duty Bond & Required Related Letters Maintains Filing Of Documents, Other Relevant Papers, Liaising With Custom For Issue Of Entry Passes, Bachaa Passes.

Should have good communication skills.
