+ You would be responsible for
- Anchor the annual strategy formulation and Annual Strategic Workshop (ASW) process across clusters and functions.




- Coordinate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate strategic plans and board-level inputs.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities, partnerships, skilling, and capacity building initiatives.
- Support business performance improvement projects through problem-solving, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor benchmarking to generate actionable insights.
- Facilitate strategy workshops by bringing external perspectives, trends, and best practices into discussions.
- Drive execution and tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of defined outcomes and timelines.
- Develop business insights, analytical frameworks, and decision-support tools for leadership teams.
- Monitor and support strategy deployment through scorecard development and performance management processes.
