The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can build relationships - not simply manage accounts.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with clients, understand their objectives, coordinate service delivery and help build long-term relationships.

What You’ll Work On
- Manage and nurture client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.




- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-functional services.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client management experience.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- CRM and reporting skills.
- A relationship-first and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
