Key Responsibilities
- Heavy Equipment Maintenance: Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of Dumpers, Loaders, Excavators, and other heavy vehicles.
- Breakdown Reduction: Implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce breakdown frequency.
- Utilization Management: Ensure at least 95% equipment utilization through effective planning and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide maintenance staff, technicians, and operators to achieve operational goals.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to avoid delays.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and utilization metrics.
