Job Summary

Lancet Glass is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development activities in the glass manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing market strategies, generating new business, managing key customers, strengthening dealer/channel networks, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for Lancet Glass products.
- Identify current markets, customers, dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and other business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.




- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, budgets, and MIS reports.
- Visit customers, dealers, project sites, architects, and business partners regularly.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Support product promotion, exhibitions, trade shows, promotional campaigns, and customer events.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complaints.
- Identify opportunities for new glass products and applications based on market demand.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing/sales team to achieve business objectives.
