Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinate with internal departments and transporters, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and transporters.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain dispatch and inventory records in ERP/SAP.
- Arrange vehicles and ensure timely dispatch.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and track pending deliveries.
- Ensure accurate loading, documentation, and material movement.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
