Role & responsibilities
- Safety Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and enforcing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Risk Management & Audits: Conducting regular workplace audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents, injuries, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Training & Education: Developing and delivering employee training programs on safety topics, hazard awareness, and emergency procedures.
- Emergency Response: Leading emergency preparedness activities, including drills, evacuation plans, and coordinating with emergency services.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records for training, incidents, and environmental metrics.




- Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and updating EHS policies and procedures to improve safety standards.
- Compliance: Ensure sites adhere to occupational and environmental government regulations.

Desired Core Competencies :

Experience: Must be working in a mangerial role for the last 5 years with an overall experience of 15 Years & above in Industrial Safety

Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial safety, hazard assessments, and EHS protocols.

Certifications: Qualifications like NEBOSH or ISO 45001 internal auditor certification and ratification from Director of Factories,A.P
