Job Purpose

To identify, onboard and manage Operators across highway amenities including food & beverage outlets, dhabas, workshops, hotel driving the process end-to-end from initial field prospecting through to agreement signing, with a strong focus on highway and non-urban coverage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operator Identification and Onboarding
- Conduct field visits along assigned highway stretches to identify, evaluate and onboard Operators across categories such as restaurants, dhabas, workshops, hotels, and other highway-side facilities, as required.
- Travel extensively (including overnight/outstation trips) to cover assigned highway routes — this role is not limited to city-based Operator sourcing.

2. End-to-End Deal Ownership – From Identification to Agreement Signing




- Coordinate with Operators and manage the end-to-end onboarding process — from initial identification and discussions to commercial negotiation, documentation and agreement signing.

3. Operator Relationship Management
- Build a healthy pipeline of prospective Operators and a robust local network of contacts, brokers and influencers across categories and geographies to meet onboarding targets and support future projects.

4. Closure of Matters and Other Coordination
- Undertake coordination with different agencies, as and when required, to close open issues/matters.
