RoadResQ360 is looking for a Relationship Manager OEM/OES & Distributor Network to develop and manage relationships with OEM/OES manufacturers, authorised spare-parts distributors and suppliers.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding our distributor network, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring parts availability and coordinating with distributors and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard OEM/OES spare-parts distributors and suppliers.
- Build relationships with distributor owners and key decision-makers.
- Develop multiple sourcing options for major OEM/OES brands.
- Negotiate discounts, pricing, credit terms and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate parts availability, quotations and order fulfilment.
- Develop alternate sources for short/non-available parts.
- Coordinate damaged/incorrect supplies, returns and replacements.
- Maintain distributor-wise brands, categories, discounts and commercial terms.
- Monitor distributor performance, availability, TAT and fill rate.
- Coordinate with workshop, operations, logistics and accounts teams.
