Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) – Solar

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for solar products and solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

2. Product Promotion & Market Development
- Promote the company’s complete solar product portfolio, including:
- Solar Structures
- PV Modules
- Inverters
- LT Panels
- Batteries
- ACDB/DCDB Boxes
- Complete EPC Solutions
- Residential Rooftop Solar Projects
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in the solar sector.

3. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, channel partners, installers, and direct outreach.
- Build a robust pipeline of commercial, industrial, and residential solar projects.
- Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, EPC companies, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

5. Proposal, Estimation & Technical Coordination
- Prepare proposals, quotations, cost estimations, and techno-commercial offers.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for system design, BOQ, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, tender requirements, and customer specifications.

6. Project Coordination & Handover
- Oversee the smooth handover of confirmed orders to the project/EPC execution team.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Assist in resolving technical or commercial issues to prevent delays.

7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
