Position: HR Assistant Manager

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000

Location : Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Degree Or MBA

Experience: Min 2 to 4 Year in HR.

Work Timing: 9 am to 6:30 pm

Job Description :

Positive Physical appearance and should be responsible for HR Operation and Client Calls.

In depth experience in Client and Job Seekers Handling

Hands on experience on Recruitment Process

Good experience on T&D; (Training & Development).

Good team player and Ability to do Multi-tasking.

Excellent knowledge on MS Excel, Word and ERP.

Coordinating in Sourcing profiles by visiting job portal / vendor management, candidate referrals, job posting, maintain CVs database, screen the CVs.

Interacting with the candidates and arranging the interviews of candidates. Building a good relation with clients.

Identify right candidates, Conduct interviews and negotiate with them.

Willingness to learn and Adaptable to change .

Good English Communication Skills Required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
