About the Role

Sierra Music Studio / Production is looking for an energetic, articulate, creative, and well-organised Business Development & Coordination Executive to support business growth and manage client workflows at our professional music production studio.

This is a hybrid role that combines business development, client relationship management, and studio coordination. You will serve as the key link between artists, music producers, brand clients, audio engineers, and the wider creative team. Your work will involve bringing new projects to the studio—including music production, recording, mixing and mastering, voiceovers, and advertising jingles—while ensuring smooth scheduling and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients, including independent artists, record labels, advertising agencies, podcast creators, film and OTT producers, and corporate organisations.
- Generate leads and follow up on enquiries for studio bookings, music production, sound design, voiceovers, and post-production services.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable service packages, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with artists, talent managers, agencies, brands, and other industry professionals.
- Meet agreed business development and revenue targets through consistent outreach and relationship building.

2. Studio Coordination and Client Management
- Manage the studio booking calendar and coordinate the efficient allocation of recording booths, control rooms, audio engineers, music producers, and other resources.
