Job Description

GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry, with exposure to B2B/B2C Holidays, Ticketing, and Visa services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
B2B & B2C travel enquiries
and understand client requirements.
- Plan and sell International and domestic holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Handle
visa requirements, documentation, and application coordination
.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Handle ticketing and other travel-related arrangements.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations,



and customer queries.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience
in Travel & Tourism.
- Experience in
B2B/B2C Holidays, Visas, and/or Ticketing
.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of
GDS, travel portals, or CRM
is an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
