Role Overview

Exequa is looking for a motivated and proactive
Business Development Associate Intern
to join our team for a
3-month internship
.

In this role, you will help us identify potential clients, research recent markets, generate qualified leads, and connect with businesses that could benefit from Exequa's services.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn
B2B business development, lead generation, market research, prospecting, and client outreach
while working with an international-focused business.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in international markets




- Generate and qualify leads based on Exequa's target customer profile
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Find relevant decision-makers and business contacts
- Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to potential clients
- Create personalised outreach messages
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
- Identify potential client needs and business opportunities
- Support the team in booking discovery calls with interested prospects
- Track outreach, responses, and lead-generation performance
- Share weekly updates on business development activities

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good English communication
- Interest in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
- Good research and analytical skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research tools
- Proactive
