Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Chemist with hands-on experience in the lubricants industry, particularly in automotive and industrial lubricants. The candidate should have strong laboratory knowledge and practical experience in lubricant testing, formulation, quality control, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

1.Conduct quality testing and analysis of automotive and industrial lubricants.

2.Handle laboratory testing, raw material testing, and finished product testing.

3.Perform routine physical and chemical analysis of lubricants.

4.Develop, formulate, and improve various lubricant products as per required specifications.

5.Have practical knowledge of lubricant formulations and manufacturing processes.

6.Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation.

7.Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.

8.Identify quality issues and take corrective actions.

9.Coordinate with production and other departments for consistent product quality.





10.Handle laboratory instruments and maintain proper laboratory procedures.

11.Assist in developing new lubricant formulations and improving existing products.

12.Ensure proper quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.

1.Experience specifically in the lubricants manufacturing industry will be preferred.

2.Experience with automotive and industrial lubricant products is required.

3.Candidate should have hands-on experience in lubricant laboratory testing and formulation.

4.Knowledge of biotechnology / biotech-related laboratory techniques will be an added advantage.

5.Solid practical knowledge of laboratory operations and quality control procedures.

6.Candidate should be capable of independently handling lubricant testing and formulation activities.

7.Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.
