Read and follow / implement the construction designs, coordinates, and oversees and daily reporting the installation of vital building systems. Ensure that heating, ventilation, power, lighting, and water networks work safely, efficiently, and legally within the overall structure.

Education : B-Tech / Poly Technic In Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Knowledge in electrical and plumbing system.

Site Coordination: Work with architects and general contractors to fit complex mechanical and electrical layouts into the building framework without clashes.

Subcontractor Supervision: Monitor site work, direct trade teams, and resolve technical problems between different installation crews

Compliance & Safety: Verify that all plans and site installations strictly follow local building codes, safety rules,



and environmental standards

Testing & Commissioning: Inspect and test completed installations to guarantee proper performance before the building opens

Software Skills: Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and load calculation tools

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction sequencing, contract documents, and international engineering codes (such as ASHRAE or IEC).

Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to manage teams, vendors, and project leaders

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
