Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing industries, process plants, OEMs, EPC companies, and industrial enterprises.
- Promote our company Industrial Intelligence Platform, including IoT integration, AI-powered analytics, predictive maintenance, asset management, utilities monitoring, and smart manufacturing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, digital outreach, industrial associations, and customer referrals.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable our company solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams during solution design and customer onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Plant Heads, Maintenance Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Heads, and CXOs.




- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement events.
- Submit daily call reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly business development updates.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Service provider background is mandatory.
- Experience in selling industrial software, automation, engineering services, Industrial IoT solutions, or maintenance services will be highly preferred.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines) OR
- MBA in Marketing / Sales OR
- Any Graduate with proven experience in Industrial B2B Sal
