Role Description
This full-time, in office Medical Doctor role is based in Chennai. The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting investigations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and healthcare regulations.



The role also involves counseling patients and families, participating in quality improvement activities, and staying current with medical research and best practices relevant to their specialty.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution and valid medical license/registration in India.
- Relevant clinical experience in hospital or healthcare settings; specialization or residency training is an advantage.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with nurses, allied health professionals, and other physicians.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear documentation and patient counseling.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Chennai and adapt to hospital schedules, including shifts if required.
