concept planning and 3D visualization to detailed drawings, execution, and site coordination
, creating spaces that are modern, functional, aesthetic, and tailored to each client's requirements and budget.

We are looking for a
creative and responsible Architect
to join our team at our Ludhiana studio.

Experience:
1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare
2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural drawings
.
- Create and develop
3D models and design presentations
.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project consultants.




- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate client feedback.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and project documentation.
- Conduct and coordinate
site visits
and monitor execution to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate project timelines, drawings, revisions, and site requirements.
- Ensure designs are practical, technically sound, and aligned with applicable building regulations and construction practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant skilled experience
in architecture/interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD and SketchUp
is required.
- Knowledge of
3D visualization/rendering software
will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawing
