Job Summary
Lead the overall Quality Control function for Jewellery, Diamonds & Solitaires, ensuring international quality standards, grading accuracy, robust QC systems, process compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Solitaire & Diamond grading and quality assessment as per international standards and 4Cs.
- To Lead and Establish grading protocols and ensure grading accuracy and consistency.
- Lead Jewellery QC across manufacturing, finishing, workmanship and final inspection.
- Develop and implement SOPs, QC checkpoints, inspection systems and quality audits.
- Drive reduction in rejection, rework,



defects and customer complaints.
- Establish QC KPIs, MIS dashboards and quality performance reporting.
- Ensure calibration, documentation, traceability and compliance of QC processes.
- Lead, train and develop the QC team and build a quality-driven culture.
- Work closely with Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Sales and PD and Design teams.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Gemology, Jewellery Design, Engineering or related field; Gemology certification preferred.
- GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG), IGI or equivalent qualification preferred.
