Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Personnel– Business Development / Specification Sales (Technical Sales) with 7–10 years of experience in specification sales, technical sales, or project sales in the insulation, HVAC, or building materials industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of engaging consultants, EPCs, and PMCs, secure product specifications/approvals, and converting projects into orders across airports, data centers, warehousing, PEB, industrial, and infrastructure segments. Hands-on experience with Rockwool, Glasswool, Sandwich Panels, or similar insulation products is preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Lead specification sales and business development for insulation products in North India.
- Build and manage strong relationships with consultants, architects, EPCs, PMCs, AAI, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions for consultants and project teams.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, technical proposals, and support tendering activities.
- Track projects from design stage to final order,



ensuring specification approval and order conversion.
- Negotiate with clients, manage key accounts, and close high-value project orders.
- Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams (technical, commercial, logistics) for smooth project execution.
- Identify current opportunities in HVAC, PEB, warehousing, data centres, airports, and industrial segments.
- Maintain CRM updates, project pipeline, and regular reporting to management.

Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Specification / Technical / Project Sales.
