The organization offers a wide range of ready-to-cook, instant food, convenience food, and traditional Indian food products, with distribution across modern retail and other consumer channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive Modern Trade who will be responsible for managing key Modern Trade accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring strong retail execution, and managing field/merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade and Organized Retail accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle key customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Lead and monitor field sales/merchandising teams.
- Design and implement PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)



for effective market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution across stores.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS and sales reports.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and resolve customer-related issues.
- Conduct market visits and ensure effective execution across assigned stores.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in Food FMCG / Packaged Food.
- Experience handling Modern Trade / Organized Retail / Key Accounts.
- Experience in team management and PJP planning/execution.
